Why should I service my system?

I feel my system needs servicing earlier than expected, what should I do?

In some cases you may need your system servicing earlier than the expected date, this could be down to many reasons from the water usage to build-up in pipework, etc. This is not something we usually encounter as any issue that may arise can usually be a simple fix, but it can happen from time to time.

What happens during a service?

During a service we will do the following:-

• Change lamp/quartz sleeve in UV systems
• Check the whole system over for any issues or contamination build-up
• service all valves throughout the system
• Check the media/salt and top up where required
• Test the pH and hardness of the water
• Change pre-filters/cartridges
• Check pressure vessels, if installed

What if my system was installed by another company?

We offer filtration service/maintenance for all domestic private water supply systems whether installed by us or another company. We have taken over many systems that were not installed by ourselves.
